    These bookings will receive an 8'x2.5' table in either the Main Hall or Seniors Hall.  The area vendors can use with this booking will be limited to 8' width by 5' depth.

    SOLD OUT!  Please note we are trying to secure a second location so to have two separate buildings open for the Christmas Festival.  Please check back in a week or so as we will update availability.

    Vendors with this booking will receive TWO 8' tables in the Main Hall or in the Seniors Hall.  The area vendors can use with this booking will be limited to 10.5' width by 8' depth. 

    This option is for makers, creators and curators exclusively.  No distributors please.

    These bookings are for vendors who do don't mind setting up outside and bringing their own tables, tents and chairs.  Set-up is limited to a maximum of 10' by 10'. 

    These bookings will be located outdoors by the front entrance of Foothills Centennial Centre.  Only makers, creators and curators apply please.  No distributors.

    This is a THREE DAY BOOKING.

  • BYOT Main Hall or Rotary Room - 6' table (SOLD OUT ... was $280)

    Please note that the first six 6' table registrations will be located in the Main Hall and all subsequent registrations will be placed in the Rotary Room.  With these bookings vendors will have to bring their own 6' tables.  Space is tight, so area vendors can set up in will be strictly limited to 6' width by 5' depth.
