    These bookings are for vendors who do not require a lot of space.  Set-up is limited to a maximum of 6' width and 5' depth.  This includes a 6'x2.5' table with a 6'x2.5' sitting area behind it (or in front of it).

    These bookings will be in the Main Hall.  This is a TWO DAY BOOKING.

  • Main Hall 8' table (SOLD OUT)

    These bookings are for vendors who do not require a lot of space.  Set-up is limited to a maximum of 8' width and 5' depth.  This includes an 8'x2.5' table with an 8'x2.5' sitting area behind it (or in front of it).

    These bookings will be in the Main Hall, either in the middle of the room or along a wall. This is a TWO DAY BOOKING.

  • Main Hall 8' by 10' booth (SOLD OUT)

    These bookings are for vendors who require more than just a regular table space.  Set-up is limited to a maximum of 10.5' width and 8' depth.  This includes two 8'x2.5' tables, set up in an 'L' configuration or parallel to each other.  Vendors with these bookings are welcome to bring additional racks or stands as long as these fit into the 10.5' by 8' space provided.

    These bookings will be in the Main Hall.  This is a TWO DAY BOOKING.

  • Outdoor spot (SOLDOUT)

    These bookings are for vendors who do don't mind setting up outside and bringing their own tables, tents and chairs.  Set-up is limited to a maximum of 10' by 10'. 

    These bookings will be located outdoors by the front entrance of Foothills Centennial Centre.  This is a TWO DAY BOOKING.

  • BYOT 6' tables (SOLD OUT)

    These vendors will have to bring their own 6' tables.  Space in this room is tight, so all vendors are limited to the width of their 6' tables and the space behind their tables for set-up.
