    This booking is for ALL THREE EVENTS, and for vendors who can fit into a smaller area and don't mind bringing their own tables.  Display area is limited to 6' table plus standing/sitting room behind table, the total area about 6' by 5' in size.  Total setup area is 30sq.ft. (compared with 100sq.ft. for 'large space' booking). 

    Bringing a tent is possible, however you will have to share your tent area with another vendor as vendors in this area are placed very close to eachother.

    10% discount for booking all 3 events is reflected I price shown.

  • "LARGE SPACE" - 10' by 10' aree ALL 3 SUMMER EVENTS ($125 X 3 - 10%)
    Price: $337.50

    This booking is FOR ALL 3 EVENTS and is vendors looking for larger space where they can bring their own tents, racks, accessories and additional tables if required.  Total area for vendor set-up is 10' by 10' and total area is three times the size of the 'small space' option (100sq.ft. compared with 30sq.ft.).

    We'll provide one 8' table; you're welcome to bring a tent and additional tables for your setup.

    10% discount is shown in listed price.

  • UNDER 18 YEARS OLD - 6' x 5' area ALL 3 SUMMER EVENTS ($10 x 3 -10%)
    Price: $27.00

    This booking is FOR ALL 3 EVENTS and is meant for vendors who are UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, and the intent of it is to encourage young people in our community to try their business ideas!

    Please note that this booking requires that you bring your own 6' table.  Space is limited to the length of the table plus the 2.5' area behind it for standing/sitting.

    10% discount for booking all 3 events is reflected in price.

  • FOOD TRAILER SPACE 20' by 10' space - ALL 3 EVENTS ($175 x 3 - 10%)
    Price: $472.50

    This booking is for ALL 3 EVENTS and is meant for food vendors bringing a food trailer.  The space is twice the size of a regular booth area at 20' length.

    10% discount for booking all 3 events is reflected in price.
