crazy hair party 4 Looking for alternative ways of being healthy? I love sharing my passion of Zumba® and Kundalini Yoga with our community through my classes, special events, and specially prepared programs filled with encouragement, support and fun.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin/international music w/ dance moves, incorporating interval/resistance training. I offer classes/programs for adults, children, teens, and families (to do together). My licensing includes Zumba, Zumba Kids (ages 4-12), Zumba Toning (adding weights to our workout)... additional training on circuit training, core and glutes.
No experience needed, 2 left feet welcome in my Zumba classes.

Kundalini Yoga, "the yoga of awareness," opens your heart, builds strength and releases the energy located at the base of your spine. Each teacher will bring their own experience to the practice and is without a doubt one of the more spiritual styles of yoga. Kundalini yoga focuses on breath and movement and challenges its students both physically and mentally. There might be a bit of shock factor: no doubt, Kundalini is much different than other forms of yoga. Expect to dance, jump, hold long poses, and breathe deeply and repeatedly – no two classes are the same! All welcome... great for beginners, fitness levels/body types as it has the flexibility to push past your comfort zone as well as offering the ability to go at your own pace. Currently teaching KundaKids Yoga classes and will be offering Kundalini Yoga classes again in Fall 2014.
KundaKids Yoga is a yoga program specially designed to incorporate the mind, body and spirit of our students, ages 4-11, through adventure, imagination.
